FREE TO ATTEND / FREE TO VEND!
We know times are different than when we started back in 2015, so let's adapt a bit. Whereas we can't get a bowling league with the community started, we can at least organize monthly swap meets all around Ohio and maybe beyond! Just show up, meet some people, do some shopping and roll out just in time for dinner at the waffle house! SEE YOU THERE! Oh and vendors, see below!

Vendors! Please sign up in below so we can have a somewhat accurate count on parking spaces reserved for trunks.
The state of Ohio does require a transient vendors license so be sure to have them on hand. I won't be checking them but by vending this function is claiming that you operate under one. ( It's a very low one-time fee ) Of course no bootlegs, drugs or adult items permitted for sale at these functions. All items on sell should be gaming or nerd-culture related. We do not require any payment for spaces but will accept donations for charity drawings!
VENDOR GUIDELINES:
RULES FOR THE GAME JUNK are simple. Show up on time 10 - 1030am set up. Pull into a designated vendor parking space. Your parking space is yours to sell however you see fit, just do not push into your neighbor's space. Ideally vendors sell out of your trunk (hence the name) but you can also utilize a table or both. Be creative but also be respectful of other vendors and shoppers. DO NOT sell anything illegal or any adult content. This is an all-ages event so be mindful of that. Be sure to have your Transient vendor's license, we will not be verifying them, but it is required in the state of Ohio so if you don't have it, you accept the risks involved. THIS IS A FREE EVENT FOR EVERYONE so spread the word and let's make this a charitable function the community can get behind!
By selling at this event, you agree to hold TORG EVENTS LLC and the hosting venue/shop harmless in the case of theft, injury or death to you, your party or your wares or property. TORG EVENTS LLC is not liable for any of the aforementioned negative instances.
