DO THE VIP & SUPER VIP PASSES GET YOU ENTRY ALL WEEKEND?
Yes, The VIP pass is good for Saturday and Sunday. As a bonus, VIP passes get you in an hour earlier than the general public!
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SUPER VIP AND VIP?
Both VIP and Super VIP badges include one hour of early admission each day, giving you exclusive time with our celebrity guests and voice actors before General Admission begins. Both badge levels also include a swag bag filled with TORG-exclusive merchandise.
Super VIP includes everything in VIP, plus an exclusive collectible badge, the TORGMan Adventures 2 Gold NES cartridge, and an exclusive print autographed by all of our voice actors.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "FAST ENTRY" ON PREPAID TICKETS?
By paying in advance, not only do you get to save $5.00, but you will also be checked in prior to 10am so as soon as the event starts, your line will go straight into the venue.
How will we achieve this?
Buying your badge in advance is the fastest and easiest way to get into TORG. Pre-purchased badges are scanned at check-in, so you can skip the "Pay at the Door" line. Even better, our popular Friday Early Badge Pick-Up is back! Stop by Friday evening to pick up your badge, and on Saturday morning you can walk right in when the doors open with no lines at all.
DO ONLY THE VIPs GET TO MEET THE VOICE ACTORS & SPECIAL GUESTS?
No, everyone in attendance can meet the voice actors. All ticket holders get access to all of our guests and events.
ARE THE VOICE ACTORS THERE BOTH DAYS AND WHAT TIMES?
Yes, their hours and time slots will be posted on the Special Guests Page closer to the event.
WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE DOOR? DOES IT COST MORE THAN ONLINE?
Yes, tickets will be sold at the door but for an additional $5.00 with less perks and possibly a slower line. We recommend paying in advance for the added perks and express line!
WILL THERE BE FOOD VENDORS?
Absolutely! There are food and beverage vendors throughout the convention center and plenty of places right outside.
IS THE EVENT CASH ONLY?
It is not BUT, we recommend bringing cash to have a better chance at haggling!
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
Absolutely! Be sure to present your badge or wristband upon re-entry.
CAN I BRING A BAG IN WITH STUFF TO TRADE?
We HIGHLY encourage our patrons to bring stuff to not only trade with vendors but others in the community as well! Please also see our General Rules regarding bags for more info.
HOW MUCH IS PARKING?
Parking is available in the garages connected to the convention center, making it easy to get to TORG. Parking rates are set by the garages and may fluctuate depending on other events happening downtown, so we recommend using a parking app to compare prices and reserve a spot in advance. If you're staying at our partner hotel, the Hyatt Regency, guests who book through our hotel link receive discounted parking at the hotel.
WILL VENDORS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Most do but some do not so be sure to bring cash if possible to help the vendors save on processing fees!
