Before Continuing - Please note that this is a Request for Volunteer Staff Positions. Whereas our Staff make Bonuses if the Con does well, all of us, including the company owners are unpaid volunteers.

At TORG we have multiple Directors that oversee different aspects of the event with their teams. Director of Marketing & Operations - Mike Colletti Director of Public Relations - Rachel Oscherwitz Director of Events - Eddie Rodgers Director of Communication - Jeremy Mowles Each Category has multiple aspects within that one or a few staff manage such as PR houses Guest and Voice Actor logistics, Public Safety and so on.

Our staff operates out of a Discord where we meet to discuss event Functions. Event though we have an Events team, we meet as an all-staff to allow everyone to chime in on our custom built and established or in-progress functions so all creativity is heard within the staff. It is a required aspect of being Staff that you can make the meetings marked in our Calendar up to 70%.

TORG Staff all act in their roles during the show. Its the work of the whole team that makes the magic happen. Everything we plan together, comes together and each role ensures their respective tasks land. Whereas we've had remote members, it is preferred that every staff member is available during the main show, especially those that land in roles that are hands on and vital day-off roles.
