TORG VENDOR CHECKPOINT

If you're here, it means you are a prior year vendor or a vetted new vendor and are looking to vend at current & future TORG EVENTS LLC events.

This next step is to ensure that we keep close to our 80/20 ratio of Gaming to non-gaming vendors in our vendor hall. We want to be clear that we are NOT forcing out non-gaming vendors, they are absolutely wanted and needed in our vendor hall, but we do advertise ourselves as a video gaming convention with the most games under one roof and thus we strive to make that ratio every year to set ourselves apart from other events in the state/region.

Below you will need to fill out contact information as we plan to provide a more in-depth vendor email and portal for all events.

*You will be required to download and sign a vendor contract. Please ensure that all of the information is accurate to prevent delay or potential rejection.

*You will also be required to send us a picture of your set up or what you intend to sell at our event(s). In 2024 we had a large amount of new vendors list that they were selling video games as a gaming vendor, and this was far from the case. This is why this information is required going forward.
