DOES LEGENDARY VIP INCLUDE FREE SIGNATURES?
LEGENDARY VIP does not include free signatures from the voice actors as they set their own pricing policy BUT, LVIP does include a free and rare photo opportunity with all 4 voice actors at once! Don't forget that LVIP holders also get 1-hour exclusive access to talent for signings Saturday morning!
ARE LEGENDARY VIP AND VIP WEEKEND PASSES?
Yes, LEGENDARY VIP and VIP will get into the event 1-hour early on both Saturday and Sunday!
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "FAST ENTRY" ON PREPAID TICKETS?
This year we made many improvements upon the check in system from last year. By paying in advance, not only do you get to save $5.00, but you will also be checked in prior to 10am so as soon as the event starts, your line will go straight into the venue.

How will we achieve this?
There will be six stations checking in attendees via your QR CODE given to you after purchasing an advance ticket. When you arrive, you will present your ticket while in line and you will receive your wristband or badge. LVIP & SVIP will have their own line and Bag pickup space. Simply, a quick scan checks you in so do not expect excessive long wait times. Weekend Badges and VIP Bags will also be ready for early pickup in multiple locations throughout Ohio the week of the con with added perks!
DO ONLY THE VIPs and LEGENDARY VIPs GET TO MEET THE VOICE ACTORS?
No, LEGENDARY VIPs on Saturday will have first access to voice actors from 9am-10am but after this slot, everyone will have access to the signing and photo op lines!
ARE THE VOICE ACTORS THERE BOTH DAYS AND WHAT TIMES?
Yes, their hours and time slots will be posted on the Special Guests Page closer to the event.
WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE DOOR? DOES IT COST MORE THAN ONLINE?
Yes, tickets will be sold at the door but for an additional $5.00 with less perks and possibly a slower line. We recommend paying in advance for the added perks and express line!
WILL THERE BE FOOD VENDORS?
Absolutely! The Greater Columbus Convention Center has a food court and several other small food vendors throughout. There is also a massive amount of restaurants surround the venue.
IS THE EVENT CASH ONLY?
It is not BUT, we recommend bringing cash to have a better chance at haggling!
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
Absolutely! Be sure to present your badge or wristband upon re-entry.
CAN I BRING A BAG IN WITH STUFF TO TRADE?
We HIGHLY encourage our patrons to bring stuff to not only trade with vendors but others in the community as well! Please also see our General Rules regarding bags for more info.
WILL THERE BE ATMs ON-SITE?
Yes! There will be at minimum 4 ATMs but we highly recommend stopping by you bank prior as ATMs very often get emptied quickly.
WILL VENDORS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Most do but some do not so be sure to bring cash if possible to help the vendors save on processing fees!
IS THE AFTER PARTY FREE AND IS IT ALL-AGES?
Yes to both! Every attendee that can show proof of a paid ticket to TORG Gaming Expo will have free entry! The After Party is all-ages but parents are advised that the ending act before the event's end does have suggestive language that you may not find suitable. We advise you listen to the band Psychostick te see if your after party experience should end prior to 9pm when the music starts. Everything else is absolutely all-ages focused and fun for the whole family!
