DO THE VIP PASSES GET YOU ENTRY ALL WEEKEND?
Yes, The VIP pass is good for Saturday and Sunday. As a bonus, VIP passes get you in an hour earlier than the general public!
WHAT OTHER AWESOME STUFF DOES THE VIP PASSES INCLUDE?
All VIP pass holders get an exclusive badge and lanyard for the event. These are an excellent souvenir and highly collectible every year. Along with getting in an hour earlier than everyone else, you get a VIP exclusive shopping bag filled with SWAG. VIP pass holders can also pick up their bags early on Friday the 20th to skip the lines on Saturday!
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "FAST ENTRY" ON PREPAID TICKETS?
By paying in advance, not only do you get to save $5.00, but you will also be checked in prior to 10am so as soon as the event starts, your line will go straight into the venue.
How will we achieve this?
There will be several stations checking in attendees via your QR CODE given to you after purchasing an advance ticket. When you arrive, you will present your ticket while in line and you will receive your wristband or badge. Simply, a quick scan checks you in so do not expect excessive long wait times. We will also be bringing back the early badge pick up for weekend passes and VIP passes on Friday the 20th at the venue. You can grab your badge early and skip the lines on Saturday!
DO ONLY THE VIPs GET TO MEET THE VOICE ACTORS?
No, everyone in attendance can meet the voice actors. All ticket holders get access to all of our guests and events.
ARE THE VOICE ACTORS THERE BOTH DAYS AND WHAT TIMES?
Yes, their hours and time slots will be posted on the Special Guests Page closer to the event.
WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE DOOR? DOES IT COST MORE THAN ONLINE?
Yes, tickets will be sold at the door but for an additional $5.00 with less perks and possibly a slower line. We recommend paying in advance for the added perks and express line!
WILL THERE BE FOOD VENDORS?
Absolutely! The sports complex has their own food court that will be open both days along with vending.
IS THE EVENT CASH ONLY?
It is not BUT, we recommend bringing cash to have a better chance at haggling!
CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?
Absolutely! Be sure to present your badge or wristband upon re-entry.
CAN I BRING A BAG IN WITH STUFF TO TRADE?
We HIGHLY encourage our patrons to bring stuff to not only trade with vendors but others in the community as well! Please also see our General Rules regarding bags for more info.
HOW MUCH IS PARKING
Parking is free at this venue and there is plenty of parking right on site.
WILL VENDORS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Most do but some do not so be sure to bring cash if possible to help the vendors save on processing fees!
